Mark has over 22 years’ experience in EPM. He helps his clients to modernize their finance functions with lean processes supported by the power of automation and the latest EPM technology.

He works closely with Senior Management to define, design, implement and embed financial reporting solutions for consolidation, forecasting, budgeting and reporting to ensure that the solution truly supports the client’s needs, enabling organizations to achieve better, faster and more efficient financial reporting.

Mark has delivered multiple successful full life cycle EPM implementations, starting from identifying the business requirements, writing the business and technical specification documents, designing and building applications metadata and rules, development of the reporting output, go-live, providing ongoing production support, and providing training to super users.
