An essential part of the Development Programme is the meeting we organise to reconnect the next generation of professionals at Sonum International. With around 10 participants ready for a 3-day training event in the Hague, The Netherlands, we use the opportunity to meet up again after the summer months. The initiative brings us closer together and improves our collective knowledge and experience in business modelling, planning and consultancy.

After employing new consultants over the course of the year they were tasked with individual and group projects and showed outstanding enthusiasm to deliver results in the face of adversity and uncertainty. This is due to the continuous learning we have established here at Sonum. During the 3-day event the young professionals completed the following schedule of presentations organised by our more experienced consultants:

The achievements have been exceptional over such a short space of time. We improved our knowledge of Project Management at the kick-off stage, estimating the model size, best practice advice on a specific tool and highlighting our broad range of tools that we can consult and implement to the highest of standards.
